Hi list, I am working on AR server version 7.6 Patch 04 when i am trying to change my password through midtier by clicking on change Password link on Home page and try to change my password its giving me bellow error.
Old password incorrect. Please try again. (ARERR 49003) I am sure my old password is correct. the same functionality works fine with User tool but not on midtier. I also tried re importing Password Change related def files from ARS installed folder but no luck. when i checked on another server which is 7.6 patch 03 ironical its working fine on midtier. I am going ahead and taking Def files from patch 03 server and importing them on Patch 04 server. will update you if it works. has any one faced same issue????
