Greetings, I am in the process of refreshing my development database from production and I know that there is a lot of housekeeping after the fact. So I looked on the BMC Communities site to see if there was a tool for helping with that. I found the Remedy Restore Application 1.6 that is supposed to help update all the forms that need to be changed with the development AR system name, as well as changing any AIE\EIE references. Has anyone used this tool before? From the looks of it on the BMC Developer Network, it seems like it works for some people, but it caused problems for others, especially with systems in a server group.
