While I don't know about the import error I believe I understand the note...
ARNOTE 1101 is referring to the popup message
"The preceding message occurred during the execution of {type} {name} --
{action}"
not the actual error, so you get an error and a note at the same time.
I believe you only see the Note part if you are an Admin. Normal users won't
see the part that tells that workflow generated the error.

(so which is it? A note or an Error?)
Opening Active link Shows Squat:: no else if – no errors..
Going to Debug Next :: Do they Test this Stuff ???
