Do you have multi-tenancy enabled? Do you have an entitlement group setup in which entitles users to the SRDs of that company? You may need to create one overarching group that has access to all the SRD's for that company. I believe when entitlement is enabled, you need to do that.
I may be wrong but it's something to try.
