Let me guess.... ARSystem 7.5 patch 006? ITSM 7.6.01 ? >From what I can see, this is the approval server crashing. We have the same issue and starting experiencing it once we started implementing multi-tenancy within change management and different approval rules. Working with BMC, but to no avail so far. The thing is, it only does this periodically and is difficult to re-produce. We have something monitoring the error logs and whenever we see this, we just stop/start the aplugin.exe to keep it running. Keep me in the loop if you hear anything! I'll do the same... Terry
