Just send lists of anything you have to [email protected]

Actually, Misi is being too kind. I have things from 2000 forward most likely
and AR System from 3.0 and later. I have some mixed things otherwise but have
holes that I am trying to fill (for example, I have HelpDesk 1.0 and 2.0 but
not 3.0 and then 4.0 and later).

Please assume if you have some version of software that is before 1999, I would
love to get a message from you about what you have and we can see if you have
something to fill some holes I have.

I did find a few things in the memorabilia booth at RUG (thanks Doug and Shyam)
that filled a few holes I had. So, there are things out there that I need!

I have documentation from AR System 1.1.5 and later and for every other product
from late 1993 until today. So, I am set for docs at this point unless you have
either really early AR System docs or Remedy Health Profiler docs. And, those
early docs are definitely needed.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer. I have gotten help from a number of
you on the list and it has gone a long way toward filling out our archive of
early product.

Doug Mueller

Subject: Re: Old Remedy Software

Hi,

Just send it to Doug himself, or so I would think.

It seems like they have most server/clients from 2.0 and forward, but are
lacking def-files/applications prior to 3.0.

So anything 1.* and apps/defs from 1.* and 2.*.
