Hi all,

I have to achieve the following in SLM:

When a Change Request / Incident is reported before 12:00 the SVT Goal Time 
shall be 18:00 same day.
If the Change Request / Incident was reported after 12:00 the SVT Goal Time 
shall be 13:00 next business day.
Any idea how to manage this without any customizing and with regards to the 
configured Business Times?
