Do some research and test it in dev before turning on this option in production. Early this year we turned on this option hoping to do some usage statistics. However it seems there is a bug in that feature, it completely hosed our remedy system and no body could login. BMC support suggested removing this option after that our servers became useful again. We are on ARS 7.6.03 with ITSM 7.6.03 patch001, oracle with server group.
