Yes - SMS / Text is limited in lneth like twitter - in fact twitter took it from text message limit. So cell phone companies allow greater length by breaking them up into multiple messages. Your users will love that, especially if they have overages on going over their allotted limit per month :) Regards, Andrew Goodall Software Engineer 2 | Development Services | jcpenney . www.jcp.com -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of S Test Sent: Wednesday, October 05, 2011 10:00 AM To: [email protected] Subject: SMS sending multiple messages Hi, Instead of sending email notification for one grp I am using notification to their cell number. The AR message form shows that one notification has been sent but user gets 20/30 texts of the same message. Does anyone know why this is happening?
