Any SRD that created a change record, sets the Request End Date earlier than the Request Start Date. I identified all the workflow that does that and apparently, it seems that there are 4 filters that set Earliest Start Date, Request Start Date, Request End Date and RFC Date. All these fields are being set using the Required Date field on SRM:Request. However, the difference in the execution order, results in setting the Requested End Date earlier than the Request Start Date.
