Anne, Remedy can parse text, but it is not an exceedingly efficient engine for that purpose.unless the element that you are looking for is unique, and such I don't think I would attempt to parse the XML directly in Remedy.I personally would find a good perl module that does what I want and use that to parse it in a perl plugin.
