Hi, I am trying to consume an external web-service in Filter Set field action but getting the error message as:
Time-out during plug-in call--the request has been accepted by the plug-in server, but the plug-in has not yet responded (ARERR 9940). Nothing appears in plug-in logs. The Filter log has the same error message: Error while performing filter action: Error 9940 Plugin IO Timeout has been reset and now 600. IO time Out is 30, Connect Timeout is 25, Network Connect Timeout: 595 Any suggestion to fix the issue.
