We are facing slowness issues with change management ITSM 7. I ran all the logs and found the only in the api logs particularly the calls in regards to GMSF = ARGetMultipleFields call is taking much of time. SQL logs are clean. Even in any logs there is no error registered only slowness is the issue. Any ideas is welcome as i am out of those now. However i am having escalation, approval and assignment engine running on an single box.Will it cause any issues.
