Hi List,
 
We have a business requirement to build an integration with IVR system such 
that 
when an end user calls Helpdesk; users are required to input his/her 
associate/Emp id, that causes an incident to auto populate calling users 
details on IM form.
 
Does anyone have such integration in place? All suggestions to achieve this 
requirement are welcome.
