Hi List, We have a business requirement to build an integration with IVR system such that when an end user calls Helpdesk; users are required to input his/her associate/Emp id, that causes an incident to auto populate calling users details on IM form. Does anyone have such integration in place? All suggestions to achieve this requirement are welcome. Thank you in advance. Regards, Vishwa Saxena
