Hi there, Can anyone think of an easy way to find out what licence a users has at any point in time?
We've got users who log into remedy with floating licences but when we've run out they log in with read licences. I'd like to be able to capture this information, but I can't think of anyway to do it? Ideally I'd like: $LICENCE-TYPE$ but I don't think that exists!
