I'm a very new Remedy Admin, and I have a general question related to applications.
When logged into an application (such as Incident Management) with admin permissions, is it possible to "debug" a screen to find out which form objects or templates are being used? Definitely identifying myself as a newbie here. I've taken the BMC Remedy AR System Foundations Part 1 and 2, but nothing like this was touched on in class.
