When I have configured multiple AR Server in my mid-tier I get sets of
links on the home page for each of the servers (to
incident/change/problem, etc). I don't want to duplicate the links on the
home page. Is there a way around that?

Thanks!

Melissa,

Can you not configure the reporting server in your mid-tier as another
available server?
That should fix the issue.

Subject: Reporting Server

We are in the process of migrating to a new 7.6.04 server. We would
like to have the ability to do searching and reporting from our
reporting server and limit the number of records returned in our
transactional db. We currently are using DSO in our 7.5 environment
and are linking to the forms on the DSO server for full searching and
reporting. Problem is, this doesn't work on the mid-tier. When you
try to link to the DSO server form, you get a message about the server
not being available. Since ITSM has to run from the mid-tier in
7.6.04, our current situation won't work.

I'm curious how other orgnizations have their reporting server/
environment set up.

TIA - Melissa
