Mike, Is it a load balanced environment? If so, check that you have the correct SERVER_NAME entries configured in ar.cfg or on the IBRSD side.

The strange thing is that right after initially install it worked fine but after we restarted the services on the servers at a later time we are seeing this error. An ideas?
