Mike,
Is it a load balanced environment? If so, check that you have the
correct SERVER_NAME entries configured in ar.cfg or on the IBRSD side.

Subject: IBRSD Plug-in Error

All,

I'm seeing an error when trying to create new tickets (or update
existing
tickets) "Cannot establish a connection to the AR System Plug-in server"

I validated all the correct lines are added to the ar.cfg file on both
of our servers and that the plug-in server is running.

The strange thing is that right after initially install it worked fine
but after we restarted the services on the servers at a later time we
are seeing this error.

An ideas?

TIA

Mike
