The Remedy Developer will support one of our clients with the administration and development of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite. This is a long term position located in Cleveland, OH. The individual will also assist with requirements analysis, design, and implementation of Remedy customization and configuration. Candidate will have the following minimum requirements: •At least 3-5 years Remedy administration and development experience •At least 1-2 years experience configuring and customizing the Remedy ITSM Suite •Must have experience with Remedy ITSM Suite 7.x •Configuration of the Change Management approval process •Customization and configuration of the CMDB •Strong understanding of ITIL •Designing Crystal Reports to be used with the Remedy ITSM Suite •Experience conducting Requirements Analysis sessions and recommending solutions •Ability to train end users on Remedy ITSM functionality All candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Cleveland or Colorado Springs.
