This sounds like you are using the 7.6 client tool instead of a browser connection. Starting with 7.6 the client tool does not work for ITSM; I saw similar problems with my testing and after a "long" period of time BMC support finally came through with an answer. Hope this helps, Larry B.

But, now i am facing issues with the UI,performance. Whenever i am log-in into the server, it happens successfully, took me to the homepage, but whenever i clicked on any applications, it hangs or displays the results abnormally. The same tasks when i opened through objectlist, it is opening successfully. I am not at all getting what is this happening. Please let me know whether this installation is working or not.
