We assign the WO Manager to the same group as the WO Assignee. We have
granted only users with Support Group Admin and/or Support Group Manager the
WO Manager functional role and upon assignment, we set both the Manager and
the Assignee to the same group.

How do I set it up so that a Work Order does not require a Work Order

Can I just disable that workflow?
