Thanks to all of you for the wonderful suggestions and replies.
Got held up with the Go-Live of our project - Hence the delay in response
The admins upgraded the Cisco LB with help of the vendor.The LB is up and
running with sticky and persistence settings.
The LB is running good and no issues since Go-Live.
