David / Matt / Doug, Can either of you provide any details on the release plan for ARS + ITSM 7.7 and an overview of major new features? I was hoping someone could tell me as we are looking to upgrade to 7.6.04 Q1 2012 - but if there are any compelling new features / enhancements delivered in 7.7 particularly concerning usability and performance then we may consider jumping to 7.7. It would be great to get your insight and recommendations.
