What version are you on? If it's 7.6.x (not sure about previous) you need to open a form called SRS:SRCLaunchURLBuilder in the User Tool and configure the SRD's to open in context via a specific generated URL. There's more info in the SRM 7.6.04 Admin Guide. Page 320!
