Hi All, I am getting write license error while approving request with read license in SRM 7.6.04, the solution on BMC support is given for prior 7.6 versions is to confirm arsystem.tag file in the path c:\Program Files\Common File\AR System\License\<servername> If it is not there, create this path and keep arsystem.tag file at this path. BMC will fix this in next release, but I think it is not yet fixed till 7.6.04. The file is there at the right path and having right format as suggeted on BMC site. Fields 13191 and 102 which are throwing write license error are having Public Change access. And now I am looking for resolution of this error. Is anybody aware about this?
