Seeking senior level engineers with strong knowledge and experience designing, implementing and supporting large Remedy ITSM implementations and associated systems integrations. Experience with products such as BMC Atrium CMDB, Remedy ITSM Suite (i.e. Service Desk, Knowledge Mgmt., Change Mgmt., Asset Mgmt., SLM, SRM, etc.), databases (SQL, SQL Query and DBA practices) and data transformational tools (SSIS, AIE, etc) is necessary. Proficiency and engineering expertise with Operating Systems such as Linux/AIX/Solaris and Windows is necessary.
