Two other options: 1. Purchase the BMC Analytics Premium option directly from BMC. This will give you the Business Objects Premium Enterprise option necessary to integrate with the Mid-Tier at a price typically much lower than going directly to SAP. If you migrated to the Suite pricing model, you already have BMC Analytics entitlement so all you'd need to do is purchase the capacity.
2. Consider using web reports within AR System. If just creating simple ad-hoc reports or viewing the OOTB ITSM reports, the web reporting capability is included with AR System at no additional charge to display simple graphical reports on the web client. -David J.
