Can someone direct me to any information on how to initiate/kick off tasks within Change Management at the Draft stage instead of the Scheduled stage.
We currently have processes in place under the same company name, where the tasks within Change Management kick off at the Scheduled stage and would like to add a separate process for another group under the same company name, that would kick off the tasks at the Draft stage. Is there any information available on this?
