Hi all, We have recently upgraded to 7.6.04SP2 from 7.1 and have starting using work orders with SRM which we previously did not. I have attempted to give the Work Order Master permission to all support users using the import tool and looking in CTM:People Permission Groups it looks the goods. A couple of days ago I realised this is not the case, when looking at the group list for all the individuals (~1000) Work Order Master is not in their list.
Is there a way I can do a bulk operation to give all required users this permission on the user form without overwriting the other groups they have?
