A reinstall of the mid-tier using the installer fixed this. Note that reinstalling with the war file did not.

Last night I tried to upgrade tomcat to tomcat 6 (from tomcat 5) in production and had a display issue that isn't happening in UAT (same versions). In incident the two panels at the top with the customer information (the one with the name, etc and the second one with the customer phone and site, etc) are both displaying at the same time. One is supposed to be hidden-so my folks were seeing overlapping fields. I cleared the cache (server and client) to no effect. I've seen this before, but can't remember what the fix was (it was about 9 months ago). Can someone out there refresh my memory?
