I always use the TWO_TASK as I find treating oracle as if it was installed on 
another machine (remote) seems to eliminate some issues.  Yes it also allows 
the db to be a different version from the client.

TWO_TASK is suppose to be when you have a Client/and /Server installed..
Client is 9 db is 10  so Remedy is pointing to 9 not 10/ or 10 not 11.. This is 
native 64bit.. so we should be good to go --- Fred

I have decided to delete the database create a custom one, and change the name  
to ORA and give it a shot again..
