Hello, I am trying to replicate my Production env with a New Remedy instance with ARS 7.1 Patch 5 including ITSM 7.0.3.
Should I start with 7.1 Patch1 install then add patches to Patch 5 ? If I down load patch 5 it may not be complete ? What about ITSM 7.0.3 is single package to install ASSET and PROBLEM and INCIDENT ? or is a individual packages installation ? Some body can help me .
