No there isn't anything like that provided natively at remedy level.
You have to build it by your own either at remedy application level or at 
db level.
Did you check sql logging and see if it is any helpful.
Natively within remedy there is an audit log feature.
You can enable the audit feature on the fields that you want to audit the 
data changes.
