I listed the time ranges it took per installer regarding upgrading our ARS 7.5 / ITSM 7.6 to ITSM 7.6.04 SP1.

Although we bypassed the whole BPCU part and manually converted our few changes to overlays. I will add extra time if you are going to use BPCU and use the staging servers as BMC's white paper says.
