Shawn, Your environment was not really odd; it was relatively easy compared to some of the integrations we perform. Although always a pleasure to work with an AR System admin who wants to get their hands dirty with SSO and understand how it works.
I've spotted AR System admins putting SSO Plugin on their CV so perhaps it's about time we offered formal training/qualifications on SSO in the BMC market?
