Hello

We have DOT NET web interface using Remedy WEB SERVICE to create a Tickets to 
Remedy Form.
How ever When ever re booting the ARS Server Web Interface does not work .


Each time we REfresh the Cashe at Midtair. Even though we have AUTO CACHE 
OPTION Checked on MID TAIR .


ANY BODY know why Even AUTO CACHE IS ON Still we need to Refresh Manually ?

Is it a DOTNET problem or some thing else?
