Ibrar, It's funny you bring this up. I'm not sure if this is relevant to you or not, but I had a similar issue with SRM 7.6.4 sp1....
Please check the following filter guide: INT:CAISRM:EVT:Process_IN_AOILocalEvent Our guide got corrupted and showed no filters attached to it which was causing the 2-way communication to fail between the fulfillment apps. Let me know what you find.
