Hi Bhupesh, The short answer is yes. The Crystal reports runtime bundled with the user tool uses the Remedy ODBC driver that interacts with the Remedy app server. I believe the license is also only applicable to data sourced via a Remedy app server. At a minimum you will need to have ARS installed and pointing to your database copy.
