Chris Werner JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary We are currently seeking to add to our team a technical CMDB consultant with experience extracting detailed customer requirements and implementing those requirements within one or more vendor technology. The consultant will also have the aptitude to lend technical assistance during the analysis, design, and implementation of service desk, for Federal clients. The candidate must have experience and knowledge in deploying core functionality in an out of box CMDB system; including the ability to install the system on at least one server platform and one database. The characteristics of this position include: a working command of technology and architectural concepts; the ability to perform an analysis of client processes; ability to document and develop work flows for system functionality and customization. Upon hire, Windward will provide up to four (4) weeks training to ensure candidates are familiar with and have hands-on exposure to the most recent version of the BC Atrium CMDB product and accompanying modules to support specific client requirements as the majority of the client work will be within the BMC Atrium CMDB product.
