I have a client in Houston, TX who has a need for 2 Technical Analysts starting mid March that will be a 7+ month contract. Our client is currently undergoing a ITSM implementation (7.6.04) and the next phase is heavily concentrated to design, build and test, leading up to deployment in October.
We need someone who is an expert with configuring ITSM (workflows, GUI, data loading, integrations, etc.). We would highly prefer someone with BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6 Incident/Problem/Change Management Modules experience, experience with Active Link/Filter Design creation, and we would really prefer someone who has development and integrations experience as well.
