Hi,

I recommend using ARAdmin/DevStudio to import definitions, except the
system forms.

You have to find out what kind of modification you have done to these.
Typical changes might be permission changes on the User form etc. Apply
these changes manually to the new server.

As for the data, you can use RRR|Chive that can synchronize and do delta
transfers of all your form data. Download and online configurator at:
