Yes ... You need to change the level value from "warn" to either "debug" or
"info" and restart the java plugin process

Thanks patchsk

Are you referring to ... ARSystem\pluginsvr\log4j_pluginsvr.xml

            <!-- Print only messages of level debug or above in the package
com.bmc.arsys -->
            <logger name="com.bmc.arsys.pluginsvr">
                        <level    value="warn" />
            </logger>
            <logger name="com.bmc.arsys.api">
                        <level    value="warn" />
            </logger>
            <logger name="com.bmc.arsys.utils">
                        <level    value="warn" />
            </logger>

** Remedy uses java plug in to consume a web service.
So it will be displayed in the arjava pluing log.
Go to the plugins folder and in the log4j file enable detailed logging, invoke
the webservice call and you should be able to see the exact xml with all the
input values in that log file.

If it is for a remedy published webservice then midtier logs will show the
actual xml coming into remedy.

I trying to research an issue with filter action web service call.
I do not see the xml output in the filter log.
Does anybody know if and how you can view the xml output of what is being sent
in the web service call?
