Doh! I typed fixed when I meant floating...Oops. Obviously sharing a fixed license would be a no-no. But even using the floating license, there are still times when because a user doesn't log out after submitting a form, the next user gets error messages about permissions. The timeout threshold is set low so the license gets released and that mostly works.
I likely misunderstood but I thought I read somewhere that the floating licenses were essentially going to work like the fixed licenses which is why I posted the question.
