Hello everyone, I am trying to build a URL to open a specific category in the Service Request Management Console from an external application. There is a URL Builder in SRM7.6 but not in SRM2.2. I was looking at the field ids which get included in the URL but obviously the field between SRM2.2 and SRM7.6 are all different. I tried to build the URL in steps but without success.
