Valid question, not stupid.

Yes I am connecting the correct server. These are production server, so no 
production changes to configuration.

However, recently added field specific to certain users. I'm running into these 
error for the user who should have write / read access to the fields the issue 
occur on. We don't use itsm, as we have been customized since 90's.



User --> browser/IE/Firefox--> loadbalancer --> 2 http server ---> 2 webshpere 
app/MT/7.5p4 --> 1 arserver 7.5p4

When I login to http server directly same error.
