Good Morning,

Currently I have an plain text email that is sent to an end user asked for
approval to perform some work. "If" the end user does a reply all and puts
approved in the body of the email, when it is received, a set of workflow is
executed. This is a bit weak because it relies on the end user doing exactly
what is needed.

What I would like to do is send a HTML formatted email containing 2 buttons.
"Approved" and "Rejected". When the button is pressed, the reply all email is
opened and the right information is populated in to the body of the email. This
way all the end user has to do is press "Approved" and then press send.

If anyone has done something like this, I would appreciate hearing how you did
it.

Thanks
Mark
