Joe, Via the java api, translating selection fields from the integer value to the human readable values uses the VUI as an input parameter to the call as : getEnumAliasFromValue(viewId, fieldId())
Instead of trying to keep track of vuid’s across the board, a constant can be used to define the default vui id (if one chooses).
