Hello All, I have an immediate need for an ITSM Consultant to support a federal government agency in Washington DC. Our customer is upgrading their ITSM system from 7.5.00 to 7.6.4.
As the ITSM Engineer you will provide support in the planning, analysis and configuration of the ITSM upgrade.
