If flushing the cache on midtier helps then I would do some research and se if 
the form is using resultlist, id 1020. If so, be sure to have it in all views 
of the form. No need to be visible just have to be in every view.

I am getting this error when I am trying to edit or do any modification to SR

Service Request cannot be cancelled via Request Entry by end user due to HTTP
