can we have Zulu Time whole year?

in 2012:

London DST started on Sunday, March 25

Casablanka started on Sunday, April 29

Friday, July 20, 2012 at 3:00:00 AM clocks are turned backward 1 hour

No DST during Ramadan
According to the new law, the DST period will be interrupted during
the Muslim
month of Ramadan (July 20 – August 19, 2012 in the Gregorian
calendar). In that
period clocks will be turned back to standard time. This interruption
in the
DST schedule is designed to shorten evenings, making it easier for
Muslims to
observe the Ramadan fast during hours of daylight. This is common
practice in
several other countries as well.

Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 2:00:00 AM clocks are turned forward 1 hour

Casablanka ends on Sunday, September 30.

London DST ends on Sunday, October 28.

I hope Remedy does not know about it.
